New Zealand Encounters couldn't have done a more outstanding job in aiding us with
our plans to see New Zealand by plane and car. When the bad weather hit the north
island, we even got a phone call making sure we were okay and not having any
problems. They made entire trip, but we never had the need to make a phone call. Our
accommodations were exactly what we asked for and all the hosts at the hotels were
wonderful in answering any questions we had about the local area. The detailed plans
and maps made for us were of great comfort. We never felt left alone or deserted if we
needed them throughout the entire planning process. Thank you Colin and David for a
long remembered vacation. I do miss New Zealand......I would love to live there and
have sheep (only for sheering).

incredibly talented woman. You were an absolute pleasure to deal with on the day and
we didn't even notice you were there, capturing all our really special moments. When
we watched the DVD, we were amazed to see the little things you had caught, like dad
giving me my late grandmothers bracelet, guests reactions, and all the laughter and tears
on the day. And the way you had put it all together perfectly to our selected music was
fantastic.
I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone, and to anyone who is
questioning whether to spend the extra money on a DVD - I say Definitely, no doubt
about it! It is like re-living the day again, something still photographs could never capture
